AK Limitless Golf FAQ
Where are you located?
We are located at 2000 W International Airport Rd Suite D-2 Anchorage, AK 99502! Once you enter the Airport Business Park parking lot, take a right and proceed to the back side of the business park until you see the AK Limitless Golf sign! There is ample parking on site.
When are you open?
We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays!
Do you offer hourly bookings?
We do not currently offer hourly bookings without first purchasing a membership or a punch pass. This is to maintain an exclusive environment free of distractions.
How will I know how to use the software?
Upon signing up for a membership, you will receive a link to a video that will show you how to easily set up the bay and get golfing! There is also a QR code in each bay that you can scan that will take you to the video in case you forget how.
How can I get access?
Members will get a unique PIN code that gives them access to the facility 15 minutes before their booking time. The PIN code will be texted to the phone number on file. This code will give you access up until your booking time ends.
What if I have a problem with the software?
If you experience any issues with the technology, please call Trackman tech support. They are available 24/7 and will help get you back on track! Please let us know if you have any issues and we will reimburse you for the inconvenience. If you encounter any non-technology related issues, please contact us and let us know.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available to purchase on our website.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Absolutely! You can have up to 3 guests per booking. Check your membership benefits to see if you need to pay a guest fee. Please note, guests are required to sign a liability waiver before entering the facility. Additionally, members are responsible for their guests’ behavior.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! AK Limitless Golf offers 10% off memberships for active duty military, veterans, and first responders! Reach out to us to get your discounted membership rate.
How old do I need to be to sign up for a membership?
You must be 18 years old to sign up for a membership.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
If something comes up and you need to cancel a booking, please follow the directions in your booking email.
What security measures are in place to keep me safe?
Safety is our number one priority. AK Limitless Golf has a number of safety protocols in place including an emergency phone, and a 24/7 remotely monitored high tech security system.
Can I share my membership benefits with a friend?
No, sharing membership benefits is not allowed and may result in a revocation of your membership without a refund.
Are there any contracts involved?
Nope! Memberships can be cancelled risk free at any time. Members will be charged on a recurring basis which may be monthly, every 6 months or yearly depending on their membership plan they have chosen until the member initiates a cancellation.
Do I have to worry about not being able to book a time?
Definitely not! Memberships are capped to avoid overbooking. Get your spot now before they are all gone! Once memberships are full, reach out to us to be put on the waitlist and you will be notified when more spots are available.
Can I bring food and drinks inside?
Yes! Members are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages. Feel free to UberEats/DoorDash something to the facility as well! Just please make sure to clean up after yourself for the next member!
Can I play music while I golf?
Yes! Members are allowed to play music during their time in the facility. Just please make sure you are not a distraction to members using the other bay.
What if none of the memberships offered fit my budget and/or golfing needs?
If you would like a membership that is tailor made to your needs, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to work with you!
